My goal is to help dancers move better, build strength, increase the longevity of their dance careers, improve their technique, and prevent injury.
Qualifications:
B.S. Kinesiology, Oregon State Univeristy
ACSM-CPT, Exercise Is Medicine
17 years of dance experience, drill and studio
14 years of teaching experience, all ages
5 years of personal training and fitness experience
